Sprint baselining myself today and pushed to sub-6 minute sprints until I couldn’t sustain them then shifted down to sub-7 minute sprints. Felt amazing 🤩 I love 💗 running 🏃🏻♀️ so much 💓 It’s the simplest of activities but the most effective in showing you how much power can live within you. ***roar*** 🦁😘🤓
