The best workouts. . .

Happen when they weren’t supposed to happen. My trainer said rest and foam roll this weekend. I had a lot of energy to spare after work today so I know I needed to expend it accordingly.

Danced my way into four pounds lighter from last month’s weigh in bringing an early win πŸ₯‡ into the New Year 🎊

Not playing (**again**) this year ✌️but dancing πŸ’ƒ running πŸƒπŸ»‍♀️ hitting / HIIT’ng πŸ₯ŠπŸ”₯and lifting πŸ‹πŸ»‍♀️ cuz I freakin love it πŸ₯°
