The best workouts. . .

Happen when they weren’t supposed to happen. My trainer said rest and foam roll this weekend. I had a lot of energy to spare after work today so I know I needed to expend it accordingly.

Lesson: Always listen to your body. It knows what you need ๐Ÿ‘

I’ll rest and roll on Monday. I HATE Mondays lmao ๐Ÿ˜‚
